[NSW] Official Events Email Reminders

Thanks to Tzaboy and The Ego, NSW reps now have access to a database with emails of members who wish to be notified about upcoming cruises directly via email.

This will be a handy way for reps to communicate to you when there is an upcoming official event, notifications are sent out for each official event. This will hopefully cut down on anyone who does not read the forums daily missing event threads (Although they are always stickied in the NSW section)

Just in case you were wondering, mass notification emails are sent using BCC:, so your email address won't be sent out to the whole list of people.

This list also helps us determine where to hold events so we can try and cater for everyone's location, so it is your best interest to be on the list so we know where our members are.

If you would like to be added to the list, please PM me the following info:
- Full Real Name
- Suburb
- Mobile
- Email

You can also send the following info optionally, this makes our job easier keeping track of people & cars at cruises & events:
- Rego
- Car Colour
- Car Model

Your information is safe with NSW reps and will not be passed on to other members or anyone else :happy:
