ALSO. if ANY of you are down there. DO NOT touch the heads! I am after these.

I won;t be going back anytime soon as its ~2 hours away.
I also left some rear speaker covers there on a white TS next to it, if anyone goes, can they get em for me and I'll re-imburse them..

Mal, honestly did not pay ANY attention to the 3rd gen's at all.
There was a few 2nd gen rada's most untouched!
Also a TR there with a union jack covering the whole roof :bowrofl:
i am also after the LHS mirror on the diamante (still on it) if anyone is going can they PLEASE get in contact with me as I would like this mirror :D

If anyone is going in soon, and can get me these heads, please let me know. You'll need a 10 or 12mm hex socket to undo the 8 head bolts on each head.
Timing belt is already loose, or snapped, not that i care lol so yeah should be fairly easy

PLZ let me know! i have 0 time to go down :(

the way I see it, i'll have a rebuilt block waiting for the rainy day when someone else finds a diamante at the wreckers. way as well wait for the entire setup.

Last diamante found at a wreckers was almost a year ago to date so if you wanna wait a year :P

just get a a gto half cut or something....that would have the motor and loom.... and even the ecu to make it all work...

yeah but this engine loom is $20-$30, well, usually they charge $200-$300 for a loom, so better to have it then not:P

Also with a half cut they will chop it AT the firewall, meaning the plugs going to the ECU will be chopped off and you will need to hunt down plugs + solder 4567 wires into it.

there's ACTUALLY 4566 wires paul. pfft.

I thought you meant the engine block. I may suss out the loom.

Half cut is cut through the roof pillars and then through the floor

Except for the fuel pump and sender wiring, the Engine harness is not touched and the ECU is still there

I have had front cuts start and drive (FWD ones) before no issues after giving them fuel

Anyone??!?! I need an interior loom that runs across the top horizontal metal bar where the dash is (dash it out so its right in front of you) that goes from the left side to the right side....if anyone is going please let me know and I'll re-reimburse you + then some for your efforts.

Was at Harveys today. For those who are interested there's a KH Verada with the climate control system intact. The cruise control TB is in the boot, the rest of the cruise system is still intact. Door trims have tears etc.
