I have ridden for 30 years now. Have owned the following: 2 x Yamaha RD 250's, 1 x Honda 400 four, i x Suzuki GSX 400,2 x Honda CX 500, 2 x Kawasaki GT 550, 1 x Honda CX 500 Custom, 1 x Yamaha XV 550, 1 x Honda VF 750 Sports, i x Yamaha FJ 1100, 1 x Yamaha XJ 650 Turbo, 1 x Kawasaki GPZ 750 Turbo (man was that thing fast), 1 x Honda CBR 1000 and my current ride is an immaculate Yamaha XV1100 Virago (coz i am an old bugger now). Love my bikes and even after a BIG bingle years ago, still cant stay off em.
You could try Victorian Motorcycle Wreckers in Heidelberg, Vic for your parts. Good luck

The GPZ 750 Turbo was awesome. It had that much power when the turbo kicked in that it was impossible to keep the front wheel on the ground most of the time. 2 up and there was no hope. Honestly the best and fastest bike i have ever owned. And best of all. It came out of the factory like that.
I ride my Hyosung gt250r, had it for about 2.5 years, done 8000 k's now :P Only problem is when people hear that you have a hyosung, they keep asking you what parts have broken on it (just one mirror for the record).
Its mainly a daily commuter, that's why its hit 8000 k's, its only 20ks a day for work. Im not the type to just go for a ride on the weekend, the gf would get shirty anyway. She is the type to get upset if i was just to go out for a few hrs and not take her. Should probably get her some gear so she can pillion.
I would like to upgrade to a R6 or maybe a GSXR 750, but i have to start saving my money, buy a house or something one day.
