  1. Need Manual Transmission Guide

Hello, I discovered that my Gregorys manual only shows you how to remove and install the manual transmission and not how to pull it apart. I have already removed/replaced when changing the clutch. Are there any manuals hard or soft copies on pulling one apart? Cheers Peter

Hi everyone, Just wondering how hard it would be to retrofit an LPG system setup from a wrecker car to a running car? I know the tank would need to be new, but what about the rest of the system?

  4. How to remove front bumper for TL ES

OK Mal is gonna laugh at me for asking, but how do you get the ****ing bumper off the front of a TL Magna? I need to get it off so I can swap out the headlight assemblies but the Mitsubishi service manual is really obtuse on how to get the plastic off. So far all I have removed is the bolts from...

  6. Aircon works GREAT..... for 10 minutes.....

Essentially the aircon works really well after the cars been sitting for at least a few hours, and it'll work for around 10 minutes give or take with no reduced performance at all, its really cold. But then it just totally stops blowing any cold air. Very rarely it'll start blowing cold air again...

  7. TW is using coolant

my TW, 180k km, has suddenly started using coolant. The gauge is fine, it drives beautifully, no obvious leaks on the ground, no milkshake on the dipstick or visible thru the oil filler cap. I put a new radiator cap on about year ago, so that's probably OK. No damp spot on the passenger side floor....

  13. Help: Upgrading from TH Wagon to TW Wagon

I bought a lovely 2005 TW ES Wagon to replace my ageing 1998 TH Solara. I have the opportunity to remove parts from the ol car before she takes the final trip to the wreckers. 16. TJ Magna won't crank.

Hi there, I have a TJ 3.5 Auto that won't crank half the time. When you turn the key to start, you hear the fuel pump going and that's it. It has a new starter motor in it already and I have had to bridge the 12V to the solenoid to get it to start so I could drive it. Even pulled the new starter...

  17. Snapped a wheel stud.

Yeah :S Last night i snapped one of my front right wheel studs when removing a wheel. The nut became cross-threaded and wouldn't move, so i used my foot and it snapped right off. How much should i expect to pay to get it replaced? And will they have to replace all 5 of them? Cheers.

  19. TW hesitating, surging

Well maintained 190k dual fuel TW wagon: today it started to occasionally hesitate and surge. It's as tho' I'd taken my foot from the pedal then put it back. Over the last couple of years it's had all new plugs, leads, rotor, cap, timing belt, water pump. Could be lots of things I guess, but...
