I wanted to create a thread that people can go to immediately to see if there is a know issue that they have a problem with and can get a quick fix
rear window failure is a perfect example
there was also something with the bushes in the steering
you get the point
No luck with the search in relation to this issue. My 380's cigarette lighter outlet has stopped working. Fuse is fine so I was going to take it out and see if any issues with the actual unit. Not sure how you get this out. Do you remove the entire trim piece around it or does it pop out...
Looking for the Whos, Wheres and $$$s of 380 Mods.
Apart from the Typical Exhaust Mods and no Turbo/SuperCharger
1. Piggyback ECU?(Cars going to be a long laster hopefully, so this will see its worth)
2. Galant Intake?(Everyone mentions these, is it because the 380s have a tiny intake?)
My first post and thread here.
My back story: I bought a 2005 base model 380 with 105,000Km on the clock in May this year. Part of the reason I bought it was the fully stamped service log book which appeared to show that all of the scheduled servicing had been performed by Toowong Mitsubishi.
Had a aweful sound from the back end so checked the brake pads and discovered that just one pad on the rear passenger side had completely worn through - the other still had 50% left at least.
The culprit was a seized slide pin on the caliper which i cant budge at all. It's well and...
Fuel consumption has gone crap. Gradual increase and now at 13.3l/100km. The last time I saw anything the high was just before I replaced the single 02 sensor on my old TJ. I have decided to bite the bullet and replace all 4 with Denso sensors that have the plugs attached.
From my research it...
Hopefully this is the ok starting a new thread like this

Turns out the genuine fuel pump & filter doesn't exist anymore. I've come across these two and am wondering a) the difference and b) if anyone has used an non-genuine fuel pump & filter on a 380?
I have an intermittent problem (every month or two) whereby the driver door will seemingly unlock with the remote but the door only opens a small distance - maybe 1cm from closed. It refuses to open further.
If I then close the door, and remote lock and unlock the car several times -...
Happy New Year everyone.
I've just a quick question. Can anyone recommend a good and trustworthy performance shop in Perth, I can go chat with. I am after some engine mods for my 380. Basically, I have my Adrenaline Gold 380 looking pretty much how I would like it. It's sitting on BC Racing...
The past couple months I've had small pieces of foam come through the aircon vents:
http://imgur.com/ps0WyX8 - large piece (if it means anything note it's in that top duct, not in the vents where the air actually blows through)
http://imgur.com/zFNiVsl - small bits on the dash coming...
Went to put down the window in my 380 and the rear drivers side window dropped inside the car.

So here is the story.....
My front seat has felt a little loose for a few months. Nothing major I thought, its just getting old, and im not getting any lighter. Its had a weird lean to the right. Its just getting old I thought - and I need to stop leaning on my door.
Today while heading home...

Anyone have a part number for 380 front calipers? Cant seem to find anything
I have been having problems with my 380's blower recently, with it intermittently cutting out.
Investigation has revealed that the blower relay in the interior fuse compartment is getting very hot. So much so that there is evidence of the surrounding plastic compartment melting adjacent to it.
Are the bumper fog lamps the same in all models.
Have a 2005 and am looking at later model 380 fog lamps
