    Default 380 VRX suspension knocking

Howdy all, just picked myself up a 2006 Mitsubishi 380 VRX with 130k on he clock, drives like a dream except for some knocking or clunking from the front and rear suspension, the front knocks when going over drains: driveways and uneven roads and feels like a knock through the steering wheel or rack IMO. The rear clunks when going over potholes or uneven road aswell, not all the time but enough to get on my goat

I had a quick look at the sway bar bushes and they look ok, but may be hard and buggered

    Any other suggestions?

Well after a mechanic stuck her upon a hoist and had a look , the front sway bar bushes were indeed shagged, replaced with genuine mits units and all the commotion from the front end has gone!

Yep, you can't tell just by looking at the swaybar bushes in place if they are knackered or not, as all the wear and slop is on the inside where you can't see it.

I just did front sway bar D bushes. Mitsubishi told me $9.8 or so each! Crazy cheap for genuine. They told me they had stock at a location they didn't, so they did them for $17.50 the pair. My rattling/clunking from the front that I could feel through the wheel is now entirely gone. Very happy.

Generally start with bushes front and rear and go from there

Hi guys, what is recommended, genuine bushes as replacements or aftermarket eg. Superpro etc. Thanks in advance.
